At 5’10” and 210 lbs (and still losing weight), there’s plenty of room for further adjustment. I truly feel that I got more than my money’s worth with this purchase. This product is clearly inspired by the Ferro Concepts Dangler, but since those are often hard to find or sold out, I decided to give this one a try at half the price. So far, it seems to be a solid choice, and the quality appears to be quite good considering the price point. I’ve managed to fit a full bleed kit, trauma shears, and a small first aid bag inside, with a tourniquet securely placed in the outside holder. It seems to hold everything well, though I’ll need to test it during more active use to see if the tourniquet stays firmly in place. The more items you pack inside, the more pressure it puts on the tourniquet, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it seems like a good value for the price, though it may not be as robust as its more expensive and harder-to-find counterpart

It’s a must-have for expedient Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), especially when your other bags or pockets aren’t easily accessible. While there are undoubtedly higher-end options available, this affordable alternative has proven to be a reliable replacement after my more expensive gear got torn up. It’s been working just as hard alongside my other high-end kit without any issues. I haven’t tested it under night vision yet, but I suspect it’s not IR absorbent and might reflect light

However, this isn’t a small belt pouch—it’s best suited for a plate carrier or a bag setup. One of the standout features of this pouch, and Petac Gear in general, is the integrated MOLLE straps. They are incredibly easy to thread through MOLLE webbing and provide a secure fit, outperforming malice clips and traditional thick straps with buttons that tend to wear down laser-cut MOLLE. I highly recommend this pouch and Petac Gear overall. The quality and value for the money are outstanding, and I have no hesitation mounting it right alongside my top-tier duty gear
